GPS device તમારા વાહનમાં install થાય છે અને satellite + SIM network દ્વારા vehicle નુ ં live location mobile app માં બતાવે છે. તમે તમારા phone માંથી vehicle ક્યાં છે, કઈ speed પર છે, કયો route લીધો અને ક્યાં stop થયુ ં તે બધુ ં જોઈ શકો છો.

GPS device activate થયા પછી તમને Truck Sathi GPS app ની login details આપવામાં આવશે. App Android mobile માં install કરી શકો છો અને login કરીને live tracking, route history, speed alert, geo-fence alert જેવી features use કરી શકો છો.

હા, installation support available છે. તમારા location પ્રમાણે technician visit arrange કરી શકાય છે. જો technician available ન હોય તો અમારી team video call પર full guidance આપી installation કરાવી આપે છે.

Engine Lock feature relay દ્વારા કામ કરે છે. જો vehicle unauthorized use થઈ રહ્યુ ં હોય અથવા theft situation હોય, તો app અથવા command દ્વારા engine power/fuel supply control કરી શકાય છે. Safety માટે vehicle moving condition માં engine cut-off carefully use કરવુ ં જોઈએ.

સામાન્ય રીતે GPS service માટે recharge/subscription charges લાગતા હોય છે, કારણ કે device માં SIM અને app service active રહે છે. Plan device model મુજબ અલગ હોઈ શકે છે. Exact charges માટે Truck Sathi team સાથે WhatsApp પર confirm કરો.

Warranty GPS device model મુજબ અલગ હોય છે. Truck Sathi ના ઘણા GPS devices માં 18 months સુધી warranty/support મળે છે. Elite Pro જેવા selected model માં 5-year replacement policy પણ available હોઈ શકે છે. Exact warranty device model confirm કયા પછી લાગુ થશે.
